About this initiative

Spirits of PA is a grant-funded initiative administered through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Distilled Spirits Industry Promotion Board and managed by Bull Moose Marketing on the Board’s behalf (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Intended audience and responsible enjoyment

This Site contains information about distilleries and distilled spirits and is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 or older) in the United States. We do not sell alcohol through this Site. Spirits of PA encourages the responsible enjoyment of distilled spirits.

Information accuracy and no endorsement

The Site provides information about Pennsylvania distilleries, products, events, and related businesses for general informational purposes. This information — including business names, locations, hours, tours, and product details — is provided “as is” and may change without notice. While we work to keep it current, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date, and you should confirm details directly with the business before relying on them.

The inclusion of any distillery, business, product, event, or organization on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Spirits of PA, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Distilled Spirits Industry Promotion Board, or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Spirits of PA name and branding, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to the initiative and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
