Who we are
Spirits of PA is a grant-funded initiative administered through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Distilled Spirits Industry Promotion Board and managed by Bull Moose Marketing on the Board’s behalf.
Because this initiative is funded and administered through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, some information submitted to or collected by the Site may be considered a public record subject to Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (65 P.S. § 67.101 et seq.) and other applicable laws.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Newsletter / mailing list sign-up: your name and email address, so we can send you updates about the initiative.
- Contact form: your name, organization (optional), email address, the reason for your inquiry, and the contents of your message.
You do not have to provide this information to browse the Site, but you will need to provide it to subscribe to our newsletter or to contact us through the form.
Information collected automatically

Intended audience and responsible enjoyment
This Site contains information about distilleries and distilled spirits and is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 or older) in the United States. We do not sell alcohol through this Site. Spirits of PA encourages the responsible enjoyment of distilled spirits.
Children’s privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Your choices
- Newsletter: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us.
